basically what we need to do is split sections of pages into subpages
a subpage looks like mainpage/sub or Perl/Basics/Development environment (use this as an example with the sub-subpages etc)
after copy + pasting over replace the section with {{:mainpage/path/to/subpage}}, or in the case of the example above, {{:Perl/Basics/Development environment}}
tons of redirects are going to need to be fixed, so make sure to check Category:Indexing
