Web exploitation updates, move new technique from most recent sqli lecture to the sqli page for single byte extraction. Have lorentz finish his XSS updates, update Coldfusion hacking page

Programming updates, ensure bitwise math operators are on every programming language page with their own sections for meta linking.

Meta updates, new programming portal needs to be re-organized and rewritten in a few places, explanation of the concepts for both interpreted as well as compiled languages. Make shellcode, interpreted languages, and compiled languages sub-categories of the programming category and re-organize as appropriate. Getting started page needs to be updated and properly integrated.
