00:18:24 <hatter>	if you want to avoid this behavior doing development
00:18:29 <hatter>	just abs((int)$var)
00:18:38 <hatter>	so you get its absolute value
00:18:46 <hatter>	rather than strictly an integer, this will force a positive one
