DO NOT BAN IP ADDRESSES, ONLY USERNAMES.
To explain: We do not translate IP headers from CloudFlare, thus, every IP is a CloudFlare IP, and if blocked, it will deny regular access to the wiki for everyone else. As a result, please block by username by placing the user into the 'abuse' usergroup, then block the username ONLY.
